Every Handled relationship has two parts:
Your Setup is based on what it takes to get your home Handled. Your Membership is based on what it takes to keep it Handled.
1. Handled Setup
First, We Get It Handled.
Every new Handled client begins with a one-time Setup. Your Home Manager gets to know your home, your preferences, and how you live while bringing your household to the Handled Standard.
Your Setup may include cleaning, laundry, organization, household inventory, establishing supply levels, shopping and restocking systems, setting up your Handled Bin, documenting household preferences, vendor information, important dates, and establishing your ongoing Home Refresh routine.
Minimal Setup
Up to 1 Setup Day
For homes that need a relatively straightforward Setup before ongoing service begins.
Standard Setup
Up to 2 Setup Days
For homes requiring additional cleaning, laundry, organization, inventory, and household setup.
Expanded Setup
Up to 3 Setup Days
For homes requiring a more extensive initial Setup before transitioning to ongoing service.
Custom Setup
4+ Setup Days
For homes requiring more extensive work to reach the Handled Standard.
Setup gets it Handled. Home Refresh keeps it Handled.

2. Home Refresh Membership
Come Home to Put-Together.
Once your home is Handled, your dedicated Home Manager keeps it that way. Every membership includes the complete Handled experience. Your membership level simply reflects the size of the home we're responsible for and the number of people regularly living there.

Two Home Refreshes Per Month
Up to six hours per Refresh.
